ACRATH

ACRATH stands for the Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans.And that’s who we are - most simply representing more than 8000 women and men who belong to religious orders and who are passionate about eliminating trafficking and slavery in Australia.

  • What we do:

    Raise awareness, share information, build networks nationally & globally
    Facilitate action at pastoral and structural levels to combat & prevent human rights violations relating to the trafficking of humans
    Provide education through a variety of materials and resources
    Provide direct services -i.e. counselling; rehabilitation & reintegration programmes

 Members actively lobby parliamentarians on Trafficking issues and are available to speak to school and community groups.
